Twyfords Ceramic Mirror

An antique cushion moulded ceramic framed oval mirror made by Twyfords (transfer label to the reverse) with exposed lugs for screws (minor chip to the reverse of one). In good condition, mirror plate bright and clean (some small original marks in frame enamel, minor scratches and marks to the mirror plate). Quite a rare bathroom piece made in the 1920/30s. I have a similar much larger oval mirror in white enamelled cast iron (please see separate page). Dimensions in inches/cm; 17.25"/44cm including lugs by 13"/33cm tall (exposed mirror/opening is 12.5"/32cm by 10.25"/26cm). Can be hung portrait or landscape.
