Gilt Brass Lamp Base - 19th Century

An antique 19th century gilt brass lamp base now electrified. In perfect condition. All cast brass parts. Lightly polished. Rewired with 3m "old gold" fabric flex, a polished safety switched lampholder nad traditional hard plastic plug. The lampholder has been raised slightly so the top of the lamp won't be obscured by a lampshade. Dimensions in inches/cm; 18"/46cm tall. 6.25"/15.75cm base doameter. Approx 2.75kg.
