Extra Large Bubble Light

A vintage extra large textured bubble lamp by Hillebrand. Surface or flush mounted.1960s. This would work great on a wall or a ceiling. Very good quality, the large moulded "bubble" glass shade has many thousands of tiny glass shards on the inner surface helping to increase the refraction and brilliance of the transmitted light. The backplate and fittings are nickel plated brass. Very heavy. It uses 6 SES light bulbs. The ones in the photos are only 5.9 watts each so different / higher powered bulbs will give different effects. This is the largest possible size of this rare model. No damage, complete and in great cleaned and polished condtion. Dimensions in inches/cms; 25"/63.5cm max diameter (max diameter) 24"/60cm glass only diameter.
