Hexagonal Brass Lamp

An antique polished brass hexagonal lamp with baluster and knopped stem, flaring base on bun feet. English, c1910. Cast brass parts. Weighted base. Rewired with 2.5m fabric flex, patinated brass safety-switched lampholder and traditional plug. Pat tested. Dimensions in inches/cms; 13.25"/33.5cm tall including lampholder. Base is approx 5.5"/14cm diameter. 1.2kg. An eagle eyed website reader kindly informed me: "that this lamp is included in the Harrods Catalogue for 1912 page 1216: labelled 'No EL 1512, Polished Brass'."
