Scroll & Leaf Arts & Crafts Lights

An antique set of wrought iron and faded gilt brass Arts & Crafts shade mounts/lights with three scrolled segments around a central stem adorned with cut brass leaves. There is a matching pair (NOW SOLD) which also come with their original cut leaf ceiling plates / roses (black slotted fixing screws supplied with these and a similar one with steel decorative outer leaves rather than brass (this one doesn't have a leaf "canopy or ceiling rose / plate.. One of the pair retains it's original brass & wood cordgrip. The other two have replacement brass cordgrips. All three are paired with antique handblown glass coolie shades. All approx same period; English c1900. All taken apart (as far as possible), thoroughly cleaned and rubbed up and clear (museum) waxed for protection and a slight sheen. The black paint is original. Each rewired with 1.5m fabric flex. The BC lampholders are original. Priced individually. ONE AVAILABLE. Single; 12.5"/32cm tall x approx. 10.5"/26cm diameter coolie shade (this coolie shade is steeper / taller than usual).
