Antique Holophane Globe Light

A large antique Holophane globe / lantern pendant light with 2 piece prismatic glass body, original patinated gallery / hook / mounts and finial. English, early 20th century. This one is an English version with both pieces of glass signed. The lower glass is also satin etched to the interior. Great condition, all complete, cleaned, lightly polished. Original coppered / bronzed patination to the brass fittings. Rewired with 1.5m fabric flex, old ES lampholder (positioned for optimal central bulb placement). Dimensions in inches/cms; 12.25"/31.5cm diameter. 16.5"/42cm tall inc. hook. Weight is 4.42kg.
